Law 2/2023 internal whistleblowing system
The Hotel Samos internal whistleblowing system (Law 2/2023) is to report actions or omissions within the scope of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands and its autonomous bodies that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence, or, where appropriate, infringements of European Union law.
The protection provided by Law 2/2023 applies to any natural person who has obtained information in a work-related or professional context. This includes the personnel working for Hotel Samos and its autonomous bodies, regardless of whether their relationship is work-related or professional or service-related, whether the relationship is permanent or temporary, paid or unpaid, whether the labour relationship currently exists or has existed, as well as the persons who, due to contact with them as a result of their work activity, may have knowledge of the conduct or the fact that is the object of the information.
